"I'm here today because we’re trying to get health access to drugs for poor countries. At the moment the patents are pricing them out of people’s pockets and poor people just can’t afford the drugs they need in order to survive. The WTO controls our local and national communities and that control is on behalf of the large corporations. We want more social, ethical and more environmental concern written into world trade rules."
